Piotr's career runs the full arc of product engineering. He wrote code, then led engineers, then led the leaders. He spent seven years at GOG.com in the CD Projekt Group - ultimately as Engineering Director - while the group shipped The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077. At Displate he was CTO and board member as revenue passed $120M. He has served on the supervisory board of Morele.net, one of Poland's largest e-commerce players.

He is an official Team Topologies Advocate in the practitioner program run by the authors of the book that reshaped how the industry thinks about team design.

At Superhero.tech he co-created AI Product Heroes, the largest cohort-based course on building digital products with AI, and leads transformation and advisory work for companies.
