Why most AI transformation stalls
Most companies started their AI adoption with tools. Licenses for everyone, a prompt training, maybe an internal chatbot. Individuals got faster.
Teams didn't.

The bottleneck was never typing speed. It is the handoffs: PM to designer, designer to engineer, engineer to release. When AI cuts the cost of each step but the steps stay the same, you get the same pipeline with shinier tools. We redesign the pipeline.

How is this different from hiring a big consultancy?
The people in the room are the founders - product and engineering leaders who shipped at scale, not a junior bench with a 200-slide deliverable. We work on your real processes and your real products, and we leave your teams able to continue without us.
How long does an engagement take?
Process mapping and opportunity identification typically take 6-10 weeks per domain. A focused sprint format takes days, not months. Full redesign and implementation depends on scope - we phase it so you can stop after any phase with standalone value.
Do our teams need AI experience?
No. The point of the engagement is that your people learn to work in the new model by doing real work in it, with us alongside.
Which tools do you work with?
The current production stack: Claude and Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, n8n, Make, PostHog, and whatever your teams already use. We are tool-current but tool-agnostic - the redesign is about the process, not a vendor.
