Trainings where your teams ship, not sit
We design custom trainings where product teams learn to work with AI on a case designed for your business, led by trainers who shipped at scale. English or Polish, on-site or remote, across Europe.

Formats
AI Product Sprint (2-3 days)
Teams work through one structured business case end to end: discovering a customer segment and its blocker, forming a concept, prototyping it with AI tools, and defending it in front of a jury. Built custom around your industry, so the muscle transfers to Monday morning.
Claude Code and AI tooling masterclasses (half day to 1 day)
Hands-on sessions on the current production stack: Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, n8n, and how to combine them without producing slop. Role-specific variants for PMs, designers, and engineers.
AI Literacy for the EU AI Act (Article 4)
Role-based AI literacy training aligned with what the AI Act actually asks for - details in the section below.
Custom programs
Multi-week formats modeled on our flagship course, adapted to your teams, your cases, and your constraints. If you want the AI Product Heroes experience inside your company, this is it.
AI Literacy training under the EU AI Act
Since February 2, 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act applies to virtually every company whose staff uses AI systems - including teams writing copy with ChatGPT or Claude. The European Commission confirmed this directly in its official Q&A, and added that telling employees to read the tool's instructions is "ineffective and insufficient".
Two more things the Commission says that most vendors skip: no certificate is required, and what counts is training tailored to roles, technical knowledge, and the context your people use AI in - plus internal records that prove you did it.
So that is what we deliver:
- The general understanding layer every organization needs: what AI is, how it works, which AI systems your company runs, where the opportunities and dangers are
- Role-specific tracks: what a marketer, an engineer, a lawyer, and a manager each need to know about the tools they actually touch - including hallucinations, data leakage, and when not to trust the output
- Hands-on practice on your real workflows, because literacy that stops at slides evaporates in a week
- The evidence pack: documented training plan, attendance records, and materials - the internal record the Commission recommends keeping
We have trained 40,000+ people in AI literacy, including through Google's "Umiejetnosci Jutra" program and SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
Why teams remember it
Most corporate trainings die in a folder of slides. Ours end with working prototypes and an argument at the jury table about which team's concept was strongest.
People learn the way they always have: by doing something real and getting honest feedback on it. Every case we run is designed with the same rigor as our public course, where the latest edition scored NPS +78 with 1,200 participants.
Trainings are also where deeper work usually starts: when a sprint exposes a process problem no workshop can fix, that is an AI transformation conversation.

Does the EU AI Act require AI literacy at our company?
Article 4 of the AI Act has applied since February 2, 2025, to providers and deployers of AI systems - and the European Commission confirmed that a company whose employees use tools like ChatGPT for everyday work is covered. The Commission expects measures tailored to roles and context, and recommends keeping internal records of training. No certificate or exam is required.
Do we need AI Act certificates for our staff?
No. The Commission states explicitly that no certificate is needed - an internal record of trainings is enough. We provide a documented evidence pack (training plan, attendance, materials) instead of decorative PDFs.
What languages do you deliver in?
English and Polish. On-site anywhere in Europe, or remote.
How many people can attend?
Sprint formats work best with 20-60 people working in teams. Masterclasses scale further. For groups above that, we design a rollout in waves so every group actually builds instead of watching.
Is this a lecture or a workshop?
Neither word fits. Teams spend most of the time building on a structured case designed for your business, with our trainers embedded. Roughly 80% doing, 20% theory - the theory arrives exactly when a team needs it.
Can you train engineers, not just PMs?
Yes. We run dedicated formats for engineers (including Claude Code masterclasses) and mixed-role cohorts. The mixed format is often the most effective one: the point of the Product Builder model is removing the walls between roles.
