AI Product Heroes
A 5-week AI Product Sprint where you ship a real product to real users - not a certificate. The largest cohort-based course on building digital products with AI.
Currently in Polish
The course runs in Polish today. An English edition may come later - subscribe to hear first. Companies: our custom trainings already run in English.
What happens in five weeks
You come in with a problem worth solving. You leave with a product real users have touched, and the working system you used to build it.
Live sessions three evenings a week cover the full arc: product strategy (your strategic pyramid and North Star Metric), AI-assisted discovery (research and synthesis at a speed that was impossible two years ago), delivery with the current production stack (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable), and the part most courses skip - judgment. Knowing when the AI output is good, and when it is confident garbage.
Between sessions you build. Instructors and a cohort of hundreds of other builders review, challenge, and unblock you. Week five ends with Demo Day.

And the stories that warm our hearts the most: career moves within a week of finishing - new roles, a promotion, new revenue.
In their own words
4.98/5 across 98 public reviews - 96 of them five stars. A few, translated from Polish (originals on the review wall):
Great program, interesting business cases, an excellent level of lectures and engagement. Honestly, the best course I have ever taken - and over 25 years I have probably collected a few dozen. I recommend it, no hesitation.
I walked in a skeptic - in my view the AI hype far exceeded the practical applications. The AI Product Heroes crew turned my attitude around by nearly 180 degrees. I was applying what I learned at work before the course even ended. Superbly invested time.
This is not another generic AI course. It is a course for people who actually work on a product and want to get the maximum out of AI - in discovery, in data analysis, in writing specs, in working with users. Practically every lesson ends with something you can test at work the same day.
I really needed this training. This is genuinely the competency of the future, and the course hit 100% of my expectations. Every stage of my process is now faster and better validated.
An enormous amount of concrete knowledge at a top level. Extremely well organized, prepared, with real experience behind it. I feel stronger in AI and it is now an inseparable part of my work.
The course takes you through the full product process, showing where and how to use AI to work better. I knew the "second brain" concept before but never used it well - big kudos for showing how to apply it in building products.
Step by step it took me through good product management practice with AI tools. Even though I consider myself non-technical, I feel I moved up a level and genuinely raised my skills. The time and money invested were 1000% worth it.
A program of stellar quality. If you cannot do AI yet - come. If you can - you will learn more. And if you code away in a corner somewhere - definitely come, because you will learn how to work better in the product cycle.
What I got in this course is not a set of pretty presentations to forget. These are things I use every day - practical, well chosen, ready to use. If you are wondering whether it is worth it: without hesitation, yes.
What students built during the program
Not exercises. Working products, shipped in five weeks alongside a day job:
- A sales agent that analyzes incoming briefs
- An internal analytics panel running 4 live reports inside a company
- A tool that turns architectural technical drawings into project descriptions
- A Figma plugin shipped as a standalone product
- A chatbot on top of a company knowledge base
- Consumer apps: one helping parents with kids' common illnesses, a daily helper for people with ADHD, a family chores app used at home by 4 people
- A wave of personal "Second Brains" that became people's daily co-pilots
Who teaches it
Piotr Kacala and Wojtek Strzalkowski - full backgrounds on the about page - plus guest practitioners from companies like PostHog and Activy.
The numbers behind "largest"
Edition 1: 600 participants. Edition 2: 1,200 - doubled in seven months. 1,800+ people trained across editions, 300+ prototypes deployed by participants, and 12 months of community access after every cohort. We know of no cohort-based course on building digital products with AI that runs bigger single cohorts.

Questions we actually get
Is the course in English?
Not yet. AI Product Heroes currently runs in Polish. An English edition may come later - subscribe to the newsletter to hear first. Our corporate trainings already run in English.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Most of each cohort - roughly 70-80% - has never shipped code; developers are 15-20% of participants. You will build with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable) and learn the judgment to know when the output is good - that is the actual skill.
How is this different from other AI courses?
You ship a real product to real users in five weeks. Around 80% of the time is building, 20% is theory. No certificate theater: the outcome is the thing you built, plus the system to keep building.
Who is it for?
PMs, engineers, designers, and founders with a few years of experience who want to work as Product Builders. It is not a beginner bootcamp and not a course for collecting certificates.
How much time does it take?
10-15 hours per week for five weeks: live evening sessions (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) plus work on your own product.
