What does an advisory engagement look like?

Usually a retainer: a fixed monthly rhythm of working sessions with the leadership team plus async access between them. Some clients start with a one-off audit of their product organization or AI adoption and decide from there.

Who do you typically advise?

Boards, CPOs, CTOs, VPs of Product and Engineering, and founders of scale-ups. The common thread: you own an outcome that depends on how well your organization builds product, and the AI era just changed the rules under you.

How are you different from an executive coach?

A coach helps you think. We have run the functions you run - engineering at scale, product leadership, a board seat through hypergrowth - so we also tell you what we would do, and why, with the scars to back it up.
